Confidentiality

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

I warrant that services will be performed with professional care and in line with industry standards. Software defects identified within 30 days of delivery will be corrected at no additional cost.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" except for the warranties expressly stated. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.

Limitation of Liability

My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project or service in question.

Support and Maintenance

• Basic support is included for 30 days after project completion.
• Extended support and maintenance services are available by separate agreement.
• Emergency support may be available for additional fees.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination conditions and any applicable fees are defined in individual project contracts.

Force Majeure

I am not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts or through arbitration as mutually agreed.
